How to Order Embroidery Products

Whether you’re uploading custom artwork or requesting help digitizing a logo, this guide walks you through how to place an embroidery order using Exclaim’s tools and product catalog.

Upload your logo to our online designer for digitizing or to an embroidery product. These items are selected for optimal stitching results across apparel, hats, bags, and more. Choose the digitizing first if you aren't in a rush. This way we can sort your logo, potential alterations, and solidify it within your account prior to product mockup.

Adjust Logo Colors

Once uploaded you'll be required to adjust your logo colors to match our embroidery threads. If you have a complicated logo it may be best to consider a simplification for embroidery purposes.

Purchase a Digitized Logo

Place your order for either the digitization only or if you are confident with your logo and how it will embroidery then  go straight to product purchasing.

Checkout & Shipping

Once the design is finalized and approved, simply add to cart and checkout. Embroidery orders generally ship within 10–17 business days depending on volume. Tracking updates are provided by email.
