Use Color Swatches in the Online Designer to customize sublimated products, preview color combinations in real time, and coordinate designs with colors from your uploaded logos.
Color Swatches are an Online Designer feature that allows you to select and apply colors to customizable areas of your sublimated products. You can experiment with different combinations for garment panels, patterns, accents, and other supported design elements.
Color changes appear immediately in the product preview, making it easier to compare options and create coordinated designs without editing artwork externally.
Available color controls depend on the selected product and its design elements.
Color Swatches work with editable Sublimation Templates, allowing you to customize existing patterns and layouts without creating a new design from scratch.
Templates may contain multiple independently customizable areas, such as sleeves, collars, side panels, and other design elements. Assign different colors to create contrasting patterns, or use the same color across several areas to simplify the design.
This flexibility allows a single template to support multiple color combinations and design variations.
Color Swatches also integrate with Logo Color Match, which identifies colors in uploaded logo artwork and makes them available for selection in the Online Designer.
Instead of manually estimating your logo's colors, you can select the extracted swatches and apply them to compatible garment areas, text, and other design elements.
For example, a sports team can coordinate its uniforms and spirit wear with its team logo.
Logo Color Match extracts the colors automatically, but you control which colors are applied to your design.
Color Swatches provide a visual representation of your selected colors, helping you evaluate combinations and maintain consistency throughout your design.
However, colors displayed on a screen may differ from their final printed appearance. Screen calibration, fabric characteristics, and production processes can influence how colors are reproduced.
For the best results, use consistent color selections across related designs, check contrast between design elements, and review the complete product preview before ordering. Digital color matching should not be interpreted as a guarantee of exact physical color reproduction.
